Drop-off and pick-up
Short on time? Drop your documents off with us, and we will prepare your return and have it ready for you to review and pick up.
Mail-in or email
Mail your documents to 1548 Buffalo Road, Rochester, NY 14624, or email them to vanzandtassociates@gmail.com. We'll return your finished paperwork the same way we received it: by pick-up, postal mail, or email.

A few things people ask before they hand us a return. If yours is not here, we will answer it directly.
How do I request an appointment?
Use the appointment request form on our website, or contact us by phone or email. Tell us your preferred date and time, and we’ll confirm your appointment with you.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Bring your income documents, such as W-2s and 1099s, along with any records of deductions or credits you plan to claim. Please also bring your driver’s license or other government-issued photo ID and a copy of last year’s tax return.
