How do I request an appointment?
Use the appointment request form on our website, or contact us by phone or email. Tell us your preferred date and time, and we’ll confirm your appointment with you.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Bring your income documents, such as W-2s and 1099s, along with any records of deductions or credits you plan to claim. Please also bring your driver’s license or other government-issued photo ID and a copy of last year’s tax return.

How long does it take to prepare my return?
Most returns are completed quickly, but timing depends on how complex your return is and how busy tax season is. We’ll give you an estimated completion date when we receive your documents.
Do I have to come in person?
No. You can meet with us in person, or drop off your documents and pick up your completed return. You can also mail your documents to 1548 Buffalo Road, Rochester, NY 14624, or email them to vanzandtassociates@gmail.com. We’ll return your finished paperwork the same way we received it: pick-up, postal mail, or email.
